AUTHORIZE ANY REPAIRS BEFORE HAVING ANYTHING DONE
There is no maintenance person assigned to the boat. If something needs to be done, call Annie Payne and talk to her about it. If you have questions on how to fix something or where to get things to fix the houseboat, you can call Jay Whatcott also. You can actually get things done yourself, you just need to okay it first.
Things do need to be fixed when you break them- so please be proactive and do it when it happens, don't pass it on to the next guy:( if at all possible.
We all need to work together to keep the boat working properly and looking nice. Anyone interested in taking over the maintenance position should let Annie Payne know. THANKS!
